What Boring Mistri PK is

Boring Mistri PK is an online platform that helps customers find independent service providers ("mistris") and helps mistris find customers. Mistris are not our employees or agents. The work agreement, the price and the work itself are between the customer and the mistri.

Your account

• Give true information and use your own mobile number.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, give false information or harm others.

For customers

• Prices on the site are typical rates and estimates, not fixed quotes. Agree the final price with the mistri before work starts.
• Unless the site says otherwise, you pay the mistri directly for the work and parts.
• Check the mistri's profile and the work done. If something goes wrong, tell us: we will look into complaints and can block mistris, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a job.
• The Emergency feature helps you find a nearby mistri quickly. It is not an emergency service: if anyone is in danger, call 1122 (Rescue) or 15 (Police).

For mistris

• You must be 18 or older, give your real CNIC and true details about your shop, skills and location.
• Do honest, safe work, quote fair prices before starting, and treat customers with respect.
• Follow the law, including any licences your trade needs.
• We may refuse, pause or remove a listing after complaints, false information or misuse of customers' details.

Mistri plans and fees

• Listing on the free plan costs nothing. Paid plans show your phone and WhatsApp buttons and give other benefits described on the site.
• Plan fees are in Pakistani rupees and paid by bank transfer to the account shown in your dashboard. A plan starts when our team confirms your payment.
• We take no commission on the money you earn from customers.
• Fees are not refundable once a plan has started, except: if you paid twice by mistake, or if we could not provide the plan, we refund the unused amount within 14 days of your request.
• No refund is given if a listing is removed for fraud or serious misconduct.
• We may change plan prices with notice on the site; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

Content and fair use

• You keep ownership of photos and text you upload, and allow us to show them on the site for the service.
• Don't post false, abusive or illegal content, or anyone else's private details.
• Don't misuse the site: no fake requests, spam, copying or scraping listings, or attempts to break or overload the service.

Responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We check mistris' identity documents, but we do not supervise their work. To the extent Pakistani law allows, Boring Mistri PK is not responsible for the quality of work, damage, losses or disputes between customers and mistris. We will help both sides to resolve complaints in good faith.

Changes, law and contact
